how to Upload Apps to Openshift using Filezila FTP

Hello Openshift Moderators, I have finished building my app and now wish to upload it to the server. I have downloaded Github but it is not installing. I have tried all solutions on the internet but none seems to work. am using window 7. Can you guys provide us with option of ftp files uploads. Thanks
